What is Included

  • Weekly check-in's with your studio manager & coach, who will be able to help guide you throughout the weeks.
  • A Week One and Week Nine body composition scan, so that you can track your physical progress.
  • Nutrition guide for the duration of the 41-days.
  • Fitness Testing at the start and final week, to see just how far you have come in over the 6 weeks.
  • Never failing support and encouragement from your fellow challengers and studio staff.
